Work Experience Requirements:
6 to 10 years' experience in application design and development.
4 years' experience with Drupal.
Strong knowledge and experience in implementing integrations with back-end systems in the Drupal 7 & 8 landscape
Prior experience in analyzing client business needs, recommending innovative solutions that leverage technology to provide market differentiation and better user experiences.
Excellent knowledge of PHP, OOP, Web Services, XML/XSLT, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, MySQL, Linux, Apache, MVC architecture
Experience with source code management strategies (e.g. forking, branching), and release management
Ability to troubleshoot pre- and post-production implementations; security; load balancing and performance
Advanced knowledge with databases and data modeling/design techniques; data interface protocols; database software installation; database tuning
Experience in leading teams and mentoring more junior colleagues
Understanding of Fixed Price / Fixed Fee project planning and delivery and understands how to manage scope in that context
Drupal certification is preferred.

Lead the estimation effort for projects; work to identify and manage risk and control scope

Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and scalability issues, application deployment, release management and patching.
Manage major technical aspects of a project and contribute directly by writing robust, well-organized code with performance, maintainability and portability in mind
Reporting and team management.

Own major subsystems of large commerce implementations (storefront, middleware, or back-office) under the leadership of an account Technical Architect and understand typical client needs (consumer-facing and back office).
