🧩 What You'll Be Doing📊 Tracking Setup & Instrumentation
Configure GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversions, and server-side tracking.
Implement and QA event tracking across websites, CMS platforms, CRMs, and e-commerce sites (Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, custom builds).
Ensure conversion events, UTMs, and tracking parameters are implemented and validated correctly.
🛠️ Technical Integration & Coding
Handle integrations with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Recruiterflow, Go High Level, etc.).
Work directly in client codebases when GTM isn't sufficient (React + TypeScript experience required).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cross-platform data flows.
🤝 Collaboration & Communication
Partner with account managers to gather requirements and ensure client tracking needs are met.
Document setups, share QA reports, and walk clients through implemented solutions.
Provide proactive recommendations for improved data quality and reporting accuracy.
✅ Who You Are
3-5+ years of experience in tracking instrumentation, analytics implementation, or technical ad ops.
Strong proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and related tools.
Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript and working in React codebases when needed.
Skilled at troubleshooting and validating event tracking across multiple platforms.
Clear communicator who can collaborate across marketing, engineering, and client teams.
Bonus Points
Experience with server-side GTM or advanced tracking solutions.
Prior agency or client-facing experience configuring multi-platform tracking setups.
