Knowledge in installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, operating system, and application.
Knowledge in monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, printers, and server
Communicates with vendors through a series of action to set up the system or resolve the issues
Knowledge in troubleshooting networks and systems including diagnosing, and solving hardware and software faults
Support the rollout of new application
Responsible for PC, printer, server, and network troubleshooting and administration
Create and update IT System documentation
Regular system preventive maintenance that includes syslog check, backup monitoring, etc
