JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
Good oral and written communication skills
Computer literate
Has good moral character and work ethics
Has good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
Can work under pressure with or without supervision
Must be creative and innovative
Physically and emotionally healthy
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position:
- 15% Assist in the provision of technical/instructional services to clients on TESD programs/services
- 15% Performs database management such as monitoring, maintenance of database and files
- 10% Assist in the evaluation, analysis and consideration of data
- 10% Prepares periodic reports
- 10% Prepares initial drafts of studies, systems and procedures
- 10% Assist in maintaining records and files
- 5% Assist in the provision of technical services on scholarship programs/projects
- 5% Assist in the provision of technical services related to Program Registration and
Assessment and Certification
- 5% Performs other related functions as maybe assigned

2019 and January to June 2020 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government
agencies of at least a 'Very Satisfactory' Rating;

List of references for with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone
number, e-mail address):

Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period
