Make & initiate improvements and develop designs of methodology, tools and materials for elevator/escalator
installation and its safety use
Benchmarking or make innovation to develop tools/materials/methodology that can add value to the company
Preparation of drawings/documentation of procedures to be use as reference and standard
Conduct training/seminar for installation methodology (existing and innovative)
Conduct site inspections to look for KAIZEN or improvement on existing installation methodology or pilot run for confirmation of new methodology prior implementation
Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Must be proficient in both oral and written communication
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
Must be capable of negotiating effectively with other trade contractors
Must be computer literate using MS Office Windows, CAD, or similar software application
