Summary:
The Technical Customer Support I is responsible for providing response and solutions to issues experienced by clients. Thus, he/she must possess well developed communication and analytical skills and has in depth knowledge of operating systems and relevant information about the services offered by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering customer calls and actively listening to identify their issues.
Escalates issues relating to hardware, software, network, and others of computer end users when they raise requests through emails, tickets, and phone calls.
Monitor support cases ensuring proper information is gathered.
Review CRM for specific product cases
Qualifications:
Education:
Must be a graduate of any 4-year IT-related course.
Experience:
Zero to one year related working experience.
Skills and Competencies:
Good verbal communication skills, fast comprehension, and the ability to provide exemplary phone support.
Must be living nearby Makati area.
Applicants must be willing to work in a shifting schedule.
