Job Description Summary:
A digital copywriter is an excellent communicator who understands their audience and uses the appropriate messages to engage, influence, and inspire both emotion and action. This position will work closely with our product, marketing, and growth teams to create copy for digital media such as apps, websites, emails, newsletters, in-app notifications, SMS, and social media. The significance of the role is not only in writing compelling content, but also in being able to approach and design each piece strategically while balancing digital best practices, customer impact, and growth objectives.
Job Description:
Create effective ad copy for GlobeOne campaigns across various channels and platforms such as G1 Banners, push notifications, Socials (FB, tiktok, etc), EDM, and SMS, all while enticing people to download the app.
Produce interesting and relevant content (original materials for blogs, social media postings, videos, and so on) that piques the interest of a specific or targeted audience.
Create and implement growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, promote retention and engagement, and achieve corporate goals.
Run growth experiments (A/B testing) to increase app performance and effective messaging.
Determine an effective method of communicating across several platforms, including the timing and frequency of transmitting content/messages
A/B testing should be done to increase the conversion rate of leads to app users.
Test to increase the performance of app features
Test products and promotions to evaluate which are more appealing to users.
Analyze data to gain insights into client behavior and journey, as well as track company trends
Work with Brands, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure that Globe messaging and branding are consistent.
Tasks on a Regular Basis:
Develop and manage GTM GlobeOne campaigns on a daily and weekly basis
Create daily ad copies (captions and messaging) for G1 Popup and softbanners, push alerts, and GlobeOne Facebook posts.
Collaborate with visual designers and marcomm for key visuals to be distribCarry out ad posting in G1 FB
Plan ICON, Workday, and Life@globe schedules
Develop growth experiments to boost user acquisition, retention, and engagement
Analyze data for the GTM campaign that was carried out, and monitor CTR from various digital G1 channels
Requirements:
Working experience in technical writing of software documentation is required.
Capability to produce high-quality documents while paying close attention to detail
Capability to swiftly absorb complicated technical topics and convey them in words and visuals.
English writing skills that are second to none
Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
Basic knowledge of app development
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
