Job Description
Implement inbound program/project governance framework such as those from, but not limited to Enterprise Strategy and Planning group, and align them to the Internal EIT frameworks.
Provide assistance in ensuring compliance of all EIT team members to submit necessary project artifacts to program/project managers of chartered projects to Enterprise Strategy and Planning.
Assist in providing guidance and assistance to CHIP-EIT staff on new project/program methodologies, compliance requirements, and other program/project related matters. Provide assistance to Tech Capability Dev. Manager in co-authoring with HR, LnD and other related groups the CHIP-EIT career tracks and skills tree.
Regularly add/remove/change to its form and content, secure necessary approval, and manage the end-to-end implementation of the career tracks and skills tree. Implement annual plan on the technical development of people, detailing the annual plan into quarterly, monthly and weekly activities.
Ensure technical trainers and other related resources are available to the various trainings.
Shall provide point of contact for all EIT career path related activities with local groups (HR, TA, LnD, etc.), ensuring that the partnership of CHIP-EIT between these groups related to CHIP-EIT personnel development is maintained, nurtured
