What You'll Do:
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points
Analyze workflows and propose smart technical solutions
Translate business processes into clear technical requirements and user stories
Collaborate with developers to ensure understanding and alignment on implementation
Assist in system design and provide input during solution architecture discussions
Support implementation and testing phases
Participate in client workshops, demos, and presentations
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of hands-on technical experience (e.g., software development, database engineering)
Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis or functional consulting
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation
Comfortable working directly with international customers and internal technical teams
Experience with SAP is a plus
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
