technical Business AnalystABS-CBN

The Technical Business Analyst will be part of Digital Consumer Technology that handles different digital properties of ABS-CBN. The Technical Business Analyst liaise between the stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and create business and technical requirements.
Coordinates with different internal and external teams to gather requirements and information
Creates user stories, business and technical documentation such as API documentation and solutions document
Prepares and conducts presentations, data gathering, and training to internal and external teams
Works closely with stakeholders and development team
Monitors and measures value of the released product features
Conducts quality testing if needed
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related field
Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Technical Business Analyst
Must have experience writing technical documentations including, but not limited to, user stories, use cases, data flow diagram, API documentation, and gap analysis
Experience using UML for process and requirements documentation
Experience working as a Developer or Agile Tester is a plus
Experience working at least 1 year in an Agile environment
Experience working on digital projects and content management system is a plus
Associate / Supervisor IT and Software Entertainment / Film / News and Current Affairs / Public Service / Publishing / Digital, etc. 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
