Ensure all workers deployed are member of Monitoring and Welfare Social Media;
Manage and organize messenger and group chat. Ensure correct classification and proper tagging;
Ensure all messages and inquiries from Social Media are answered and all major and urgent concern will be directed to specialist/ manager;
b. Assist the Admin in monitoring and updating of the following
Database under Monitoring and Welfare
OWWA reports
Other pertinent reports
Filing of Physical Documents
c. Assist with Communications Associate with digital marketing, company lay- out and other items for revisions;
d. Act as Technical Support of the Company- Computer, Printer/ Copier and Network Troubleshooting and Repairing;
e. Assist in overall administrative and operations of assigned Department;
f. Other task assigned by Immediate Head and the Management.
