As the Mid-level Technical Analyst you will need to have experience in technology, systems, application configuration and data management. The primary role is to provide the support for the implementation of the company's PPM platform and configure/support the application to the client's requirements, working in conjunction with the principal architect, project manager and other team members. You will contribute to defining how the platform is configured (against our client's requirements), the ongoing support functions to maintain the platform and design/develop and configure integration capabilities through Snaplogic and Tasktop HUB of the platform to other client systems like Finance applications, ITSM, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Requirements Analysis: Collaborate between the team and business stakeholders to gather and analyse technical requirements. Gain an In-depth understanding of the PPM solution both functionally and technically, to enable the translation of business needs into technical specifications and recommend appropriate solutions.
· Technical Implementation/ Delivery: Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions, configurations, and integrations. Collaborate across the teams to ensure solutions meet quality and performance standards.
· Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and support decision-making. Design and implement data models for migrations and import/exports from the PPM application.
· Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing support to end-users. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties. Ability to create and write clear, complete documentation of systems and procedures to standardise implementations and support functions.
· Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Day-to-day Responsibilities:
o Solution Analysis and Design, Implementation, and Configuration across the company's Solutions and Services
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
· 3+ Years of demonstrated experience working as a Technical Analyst or in a technical capacity.
· Proven ability to communicate with influence, negotiate outcomes and manage stakeholder relationships.
· Experience advising teams and clients on the design and implementation of technical solutions during the delivery phase.
· Experience in configuring applications to meet designed requirements and producing solution architecture diagrams.
· Experience on large programs meeting security, availability, performance, audit, recovery, backup and other requirements.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical terminology.
· Experience with cloud-based technologies
· Knowledge in a programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, VB Script SQL, etc.).
· Knowledge of database management systems and data modelling.
· Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools in the field.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills including ability to organize time, work on multiple tasks, and follow through to completion of task or project.
· Exposure to Application Integrations and Data migrations
Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:
· Business or similar degree qualification (e.g., Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or
related field)
