Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform Financial Statements Quality Control Review (FSQCR) by reviewing financial statements for compliance with relevant presentation and disclosure requirements, and related auditors' report for compliance with relevant auditing standards.
Provide consultation and respond to technical queries primarily on complex requirements of audit, assurance and related services
Oversee and provide guidance to subordinates in handling their respective consultations and queries
Oversee monitoring of developments on subject matters related to the practice of audit, assurance and other related services, including related global methodologies
Oversee dissemination of relevant practice developments within the Firm, drafting of memos, alerts and reminders, and development of local guidance, templates and tools
Serve as facilitator/trainer in the roll out of trainings on subject matters related to audit, assurance and related services including relevant standards and the firm's practice guidance materials
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Has in-depth knowledge of ISA/PSA, ISRE, ISAE, or ISRS and IFRS/PFRS
Has strong analytical and problem solving skills, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
