What will you do as a Tech Support?
You'll be answering calls and chats as well as helping our customers with both their technical and non-technical issues with their computer systems, software applications, and services.
Requirements
We are urgently looking for call center agents who:
have experience in technical support (if you only know basic troubleshooting, then that's fine, let's try your skills out)
knows how to use a computer
knows how to speak in English (hey, if you are not so confident with your English speaking skills, we'll help you out in the interview)
is okay to work on a night or graveyard (GY) shift (oh, yeah, we have a dayshift too!)
is okay with shifting schedules and working on weekends/holidays (don't worry, you'll have 2 rest days and bonuses if you work on holidays)
