Our company is looking for people to work in a call center on the position of Technical Support for all Microsoft products. Shift work (day and night shifts) 5 days a week. The hired person will be responsible for assisting customers who have purchased one of the Microsoft products and have a problem installing it.
Therefore, we are looking for people with a very good English language, communicative and patient people, who know the IT environment well, and especially the subject of software installation on various types of computer systems.
