A. HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
• Trouble-shoot basic/routine problems such as logging on to computer systems or software, printing problems or routine error messages.
• Researches issues/problems and resolves or elevates to next level
• Install basic software and hardware for common use areas according to precribed procedures
• Conduct computer preventive maintenance
• Scan and remove virus
• Perform system back ups
• Evaluate hardware/software requirements based on cost and functional effectiveness
• Set up video/voice presentation equipments
B. NETWORK MAINTENANCE
• Troubleshoot and repair network connectivity issues
• Monitor LAN,WAN and WLAN Connectivity using different monitoring tools
• Set up and configure computers, tablets and smartphones and other computer related devices
• Install all bew hardware, systems and software for networks
C. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
• Update Hardware/software inventory list and systems log
• Contribute to knowledge base of informational unit
• Provides information on how to perform specific function with a software package or system. Creates step-by-step instructions for users
• Documents workarounds and solutions
• Perform other duties as may be assigned
D. CORPORATE CCTV MAINTENANCE
• Provide basic troubleshooting of CCTV camera, DVR and other CCTV related devices
• Perform backups as needed
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
• GRADUATE OF BS IT OR RELATED FOUR (4) YEAR DEGREE COURSE
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• At least two (2) years work experience
SKILL/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, INCLUDING WRITTEN VERBAL AND IT PRESENTATION SKILLS
• MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ON HANDLING IT COSTUMER CONCERNS
• MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ON SET UP, CONFIGURE AND TROUBLESHOOTING COMPUTERS, PRINTERS, TABLETS AND SMARTPHONES AND OTHER COMPUTER RELATED DEVICES
• A+ COMPTIA AND TESDA CSS NCII CERTIFICATIONS WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE BUT NOT REQUIRED
• MUST HAVE KNOWLEDE ON BASIC CCTV SOFTWARE/HARDWARE
• GOOD TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION SKILLS
