FROSCH has an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager, to make a direct impact on the success of our company. We are looking for an ambitious, customer service oriented individual who thrives on Delivering the Unexpected. This position requires someone who will not only strive for excellence but also exceed our client's expectations.
In this role you will ensure proper workload distribution and quality assurance per FROSCH standards with the capability to manage and complete travel arrangements for clients when needed. Providing back-office support for various systems and assisting with managerial projects and incentives while providing supervision and mentorship to Travel Consultants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide full service travel arrangements for clientele when call volume and workload necessitates it
Monitor all technology mediums to ensure travel arrangements are managed and completed in a timely manner and follow FROSCH standards
Ensure GDS queues are worked properly to verify correct records processing and ticketing and queue count
Communicate, on a daily basis, break schedules, operational changes, account notifications, expectations, and so on to team members
Provide mentoring and assistance with PNR, QC, ticketing, and technical issues to team members promptly
Champion best in class customer service and Delivering the Unexpected to team members
Conduct bi-weekly meetings with pertinent managers to optimize team member performance and meet department needs
Aid in the resolution of customer service issues and debit memos
Identify opportunities for technology and service solutions
Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies
Facilitate team member and client support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor
Perform administrative duties associated with the position which include but are not limited to conducting reviews, approving timesheets, updating reports, reviewing new accounts and account profiles, and monitoring new team members' bookings

Requirements
Recent, successful experience managing a team of employees
Strong knowledge and applicability of Teams and 8x8 Agent Status
Consistent demonstration and application of best practices within FROSCH and the Travel industry
Top notch communication skills
Proven track record of developing sound, professional relationships
Proactive in identifying, developing, and implementing training regiments, customer service solutions, and overall improvements to the After-Hours department
Intermediate to expert proficiency with Microsoft Office
Prior experience managing and completing travel arrangements during After-Hours shifts
Recent, native proficiency in Sabre and Apollo with the ability to schedule international and domestic travel, set up PNRs, ticket, and exchange tickets
