Job Description
Product Owner
Compliance with the agreed customer service agreement (according to contract)
Supports during service and/or tool implementation
Operational contact for customer (external customer communication regarding technical service aspects)
Responsible for continuous process improvements
Analyze and derive actions from quality checks
Coordinates and/or process technical initial trainings (knowledge transfer to Solution Experts)
People Manager
Motivates, leads, and develops Solution Experts
Initiates monthly "Performance and Development Dialogue" with each Solution Expert
Analyze and derives actions from quality checks
Supports in conflict and change management (if necessary)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any related course
Must have a good understanding of a "services business" in a customer service and Technical Background
At least 3 years' experience in a Team Leader position
Demonstrated Leadership abilities
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and Initiative
Experience in coaching and staff development is mandatory
Flexibility (including working early/late shifts
