Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage, oversee and supervise his/her team
Manage the administrative duties of his/her team (leave, absences, etc.)
Follows best administrative practices for team leadership (documentation)
Measures and documents individual performances of his/her team (KPI)
Promote training & developmental needs to improve team performance
Ensures proper management and execution of daily workload
Receives structured workload from Project Leaders
Review of source materials and instructions/annotations for a complete assessment of projects
Role assign workload to his/her team (PTS Role Assignment)
Project coordination with Project Leaders
Spec review
Planning
Daily meetings, to ensure proper project execution of his/her team
Quality reporting
Receives quality reports (compo stage/QC stage) from Project Leaders
Takes immediate action to resolve quality report findings
Qualifications:
4-year Bachelor’s degree in any course
Able to create templates
Preferably Supervisor/3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Publishing/Printing or equivalent.
