Job description:
Purpose: To provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to a team of Digital Marketing Assistants for the purpose of achieving an exceptional customer experience for our clients (known as Founders).
You will be responsible for managing 10 Digital Marketing Virtual Assistants (known as 'Doers'), and you will either manage an AEST team or a PST time zone team. Each Doer is working with a client (known as a 'Founder') in a 1:1 capacity.
The Team Leader position is 50% Leadership and 50% Digital Marketing expertise.
You will receive 1 month paid training in all aspects of digital marketing including social media, design, sales funnels, email marketing, automation and more.
Tasks your team will work on with their client might include marketing funnels, integrations, social media, design, email marketing, landing pages, inbox management, data entry, etc. Please note, Doers do not take or make phone calls.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
Coach team members with new digital marketing knowledge and ensure they stay abreast of the latest training - encourage a growth mindset and lifelong learning
Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals
Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
Design and deliver professional development and training webinars on an ad-hoc basis as required
Inspire and motivate team members to be the best they can be
Create a team culture that aligns with our core values
To qualify for the position, you must:
Be able to work night shifts
Be based in Either Bacolod City or Cebu City
Have a strong Internet Connection (wired is preferred) - you'll need a download speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps)
Be able to work full-time
Be able to work from home OR the office
Have your own laptop and suitable office space at home
Have at previous work experience related to Digital Marketing OR a strong passion to learn
High proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms e.g. Wordpress, CRMs, Canva
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Have at least 1 year of previous work experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
