The company has offices in the Philippines and Australia as well as a heavy presence in the Indian information technology sector.  We are actively hiring talented people for our operations in Cebu City.
 
We are a friendly company with big plans and here's your chance to get in at the ground level as we work to grow our operations in 2025.  We are seeking full-time virtual assistants for various roles.
 
AVAILABLE ROLES:
Customer and technical support
Sales of basic services (no cold calling)
Sales of advanced technical services (no cold calling)
Data services, such as data entry, online inventory management, and prospect hunting
Digital marketing including copywriting and SEO
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-quality service to international customers by phone and online
Research solutions for customers
Collaborate with colleagues and other service providers as needed
Undertake general clerical, administrative and data entry duties if/as required
Undertake relevant specialist duties (as per the list of roles above)
Complete training to build skills when required
DESIRED PROFILE:
Fluent written and spoken English with neutral accent
Advanced customer service and rapport-building skills
Experience with servicing international customers in a relevant role
Qualifications relevant to the role are an advantage
For these specialist roles (as per the above list):
Sales of advanced technical services: Strong knowledge of the use cases, pros and cons of common technology stacks used for web and mobile development, with a sophisticated understanding of the relevant issues (no coding skills required but may be an advantage)
Digital marketing: Copywriting skills essential, and past experience with on-page and off-page SEO an advantage
Financial support: With bookkeeping experience would be an advantage
Diligent and flexible team player
Ability to work with minimal supervision
