Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiences/certification in any related field (sales, support, business management,...)
At least 5+ years of experience in senior/leadership roles managing teams and driving performance in support organizations. Having experience in leading and developing future leaders is a plus.
Experience in technical, business, or other types of support desk or sales operations or leadership roles
Broad business understanding of sales, post-sales and related systems (i.e. CRM, Forecasting, Account Planning, PRM,...)
Knows how to balance business demands with team capacity and readiness
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a (leadership) team
Challenger mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks, people, insights to identify and initiate execution around priorities
Confident in handling or leading team members through complex/demanding stakeholders and escalations
lexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and requirements
A leader and coach who can inspire, motivate, and engage teams to reach their full potential
Experience in working with North and Latin American stakeholders and respective cultures is a benefit.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership (40-50%)
Serve as a liaison between Client and Vendor and jointly handle topic-related, team member-specific performance, and coaching.
Oversees the overall Manila-based operations across day & night shift - therefore managing specific shifts directly and forming a strong leadership unit across all shifts
Enable organizational agility and scale to balance demand with capacity and readiness - with a priority focus on deal support through chat and ticket
Leverage insights to make, influence, or drive the right decisions so that objectives can be met
Share performance (successes, progress, concerns) through predefined score cards with aligned goals. Identify and present solutions to reach objectives at individual or team level.
Represent team needs, questions, concerns,... appropriately to Client or Vendor teams so they can be addressed in the shortest delays
Stakeholder Management (20%)
Be business smart: build a network with (local) peer support teams and leaders to keep yourself and the team informed and connected
Influence/manage stakeholders and expectations effectively for consistency, transparency, and success across our broader operations
Lead by example and be an advocate of our respective services
Execution (30-40%)
Execute administrative and leadership tasks on time
Engage or soften risks early to reduce/avoid/handle escalations with empathy
Monitor and enforce quality standards
Manage multiple 'inquiry channels' - i.e. email, chat, tickets
Work on a Night Shift Schedule from 23:00 PHT - 8:00 AM, Mon-Fri in line with the agreed shift, subject to change.
Deliver work mostly virtually but with a potential change to in-office minimum of 2/5 days or 1/5 days for team members with lengthy travel times as agreed.
