Career Opportunity: We are helping a Global Private Equity Firm in search of a Team Head Client Reporting. This is equivalent to AVP/VP position and will oversee a team of 7-8 specialists.

Job Summary:
A Team Head of the Client Reporting Cell is an experienced people manager who leads and develops an assigned Client Reporting sub-team.
We are looking for an experienced people and process manager who can drive the production of the team's assigned task portfolio including the production and review of the output of team members.
The ideal candidate is also someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability towards shaping and executing the cell's strategic goals.
Defining and implementing a forward-looking team structure, exceling as hiring manager, planning, and executing team succession, and developing staff into senior functions in accordance with the long-term vision for each team member and the appropriate management of under-performers.
Implementing, reviewing, and ensuring the teams adherence to the Cells Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), undertaking appropriate adjustments to capacity, resources, and quality controls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a university, preferably in Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance with at least 12 years of relevant work experience in people, process, and business development in a multinational setting
Relevant experiences in change management and Lean methodologies are advantages
Exposure to Private Equity is a plus
