Job Responsibilities
Sort out the tax status and problems of the Philippine registered company that the group belongs to, and seek solutions
Coordinate and arrange the company's taxation, tax declaration and return process
Assist in cross-border taxation work (Chinese export tax involved in the trade sector)
Support the group budget for major asset restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and make suggestions in terms of tax burden and transaction paths
Job Requirements:
Must be a Certified Accountant
Philippine registered tax agent (experienced in tax practice can relax restrictions)
There are successful cases of tax planning and construction of tax structure
A little understanding of China's tax laws (mainly import and export taxes on trade, export tax rebates, etc.)
