Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Title Transfer
- checks history and documents of accounts with penalties and still to be transferred
- checks if the DOAS submitted by DCMG has correct EWT and remitted in the correct month
- computes DST and Transfer Tax for accounts to be transferred (ZV vs TCP vs FMV per tax declaration)
- prepares PRF for RD and IT fees
- sending list of accounts ready for notarization to B&C
- consolidating of DST and CWT per account, together with Transfer Tax checks to be submitted to B&C
- photocopies of 1606/DST returns as needed
2. Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor (BIR audit, fixed asset related tasks, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a finance related course
Preferably with experience in tax computation, filing, etc.
Preferably with experience in title transfers
Compuer literate
A fast learner and can work independently
Must know how to use MS Excel
Results oriented and keen to details
