The position includes administrative roles for Tax implementation, compliance and audit in the business. The role is responsible in application and renewal of permits and licenses which may include, but not limited to:
1. Regulatory Requirements: Preparation of government (BIR, SEC, LGU) requirements, such as reconciliations, schedule and filing of year-end inventory, book of accounts, etc.
2. Tax Compliance: Monitoring compliance with existing government requirements and tax regulations.
3. Tax Implementation: Keeping up to date with new tax rulings and issuances, and leading implementation in the business.
4. Tax Audit: Handling BIR and LGU audits and assessments; and coordinating with external auditors for yearly audit of financial statement.
5. Income Tax Returns and Financial Statement: Assistance in the preparation and filing of yearly tax returns (ITRs) and financial reports (FS).
6. Computerized Accounting System: Handling accreditation process of CAS.
