Mainly responsible for ensuring correct and on-time compliance with BIR and SEC requirements of all 7 companies (Bilrey Construction, NBCDC Corp., Green Apple, Tree House, DLB Global, DLB Bataan Water, BGDL Trading)
1. Review of monthly, quarterly and annual BIR tax returns and alphalist
2. Review of annual ITR and financial statements
3. Coordinate with BIR examiners and external auditors
Create reliable and valuable financial reports that would help top management in making sound business decisions and address pain points, if any
EWT on Purchases of Goods and Services
1. Ensure proper implementation of withholding tax on purchases
Withholding Tax (Expanded) Compliance for Specialty Contractors (SC)
1. Review of gross billing report of Specialty contractors
2. Ensure timely issuance of memo to SCs and chargeables to SCM department
Remittance of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)
1. Ensure on-time remittances of taxes withheld
BIR Reporting for All Special Transactions
1. Ensure completeness of expenses reported to BIR including disbursements from petty cash, emergency fund, travel fund and other special funds
People Management
1. Provide support through coaching and mentoring of subordinates
2. Set department objectives, monthly reporting to top management
