1. Reviews and manages tax assistants' deliverables including tax calculations, tax reports, and tax related documents and/or write-ups;
2. Manage tax compliance, reporting, filing and payment of tax liabilities of the Group;
3. Ensure timely filing and payment of all corporate returns;
4. Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for the Group;
5. Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the Group;
6. Identify and mitigate tax risks by developing or implementing best practices;
7. Communicate with colleagues from other department regarding various tax matters;
8. Train, develop and mentor tax assistants and share knowledge with other team members of the Group;
9. Render other related tax services as needed from time to time.
10. Ensures that IMS standards are implemented, monitored and documented.
11. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
