The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws.
Qualification Highlights:
Certified Public Accountant
Has strong experience in Taxation for at least 5 years;
Work experience in BIG 4 accounting firms and multinational companies is an advantage;
Work experience in multinational companies is an advantage;
Has proven experience managing a team and worked as a Team Leader or Supervisor;
Good at dealing with BIR audit and risk control;
Project management skills; and
Has a positive work attitude towards working with both Local and Chinese finance team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the company's shared service center (SSC) and local finance team
Establish and maintain good relationship with BIR and LGU
Deal with all kinds of company tax audits
Tax risk control, update current tax process and company tax policies
Prepare tax compliance returns and working files and ensure all internal and statutory deadlines are met
Handle Vendor Tax Accreditation
Lead the Company's local business tax registration and project offices
Lead and manage a Tax team, directly reports to Tax and Finance Head
Provide relevant and timely advisory on tax related queries
Other tax related work
This position is required to work onsite everyday. No hybrid set up.
