SUMMARY:
Responsible in over-all monitoring of the Tax Team; including coordination of accounting staff and assess their performance. Review all tax reports in regular basis and handle all information. Build relationships and interact with clients and government agencies to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
At least 7 years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred.
Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Monitor the tax team
Provides information needed for BIR and Year End Audit
Schedule Weekly meeting with the regional finance managers
Do trainings for Regional Finance Managers
Monitor all Business permits and renewal of all government agencies
In Charged / Final Approver of payroll-HQ and Regions
Monitor the return salary
Consolidate the last pay, return salary, employees benefits and monthly payroll for BIR 1601C filing
In Charge / Final Approver for 13th month pay for the Year
Prepares BIR Annualization Report
Prepares 2316 for the year
Approved payment vouchers
Provides Circular Memo for Finance Department
Update company's confidential records such as General Information Sheet and SEC papers
Check all the reports of the tax team
Assist the Finance Director at any task that may be assigned
