The key responsibilities of the Tax Compliance Manager include:
1. Review of all tax returns and schedules prepared by the Tax Analyst
2. Review quarterly and annual deferred income tax calculations prepared by the Tax Analyst
3. Monthly review of tax accounts
4. Manage BIR Audits, which includes, but are not limited to the following:
a. Review of tax audit schedules, documents and reports to be submitted to the BIR;
b. Manage timely submission of audit requirements to the BIR;
c. Proper coordination with the BIR Audit Examiner during the course of the audit
5. Assist Tax Adviser on special projects, as assigned.
6. Lead internal tax compliance reviews for the Company.
7. Ensure all relevant documentation relating to Tax Treaty Applications are obtained and filed with the BIR.

The Tax Compliance Manager shall have:
Solid understanding of financial and business controls.
Strong understanding of Philippine Tax
Highly analytical
A self-starter, highly motivated, decisive, and works with minimal supervision, as well as working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
Background in Oil and Gas, Construction, Energy, and Industrial Sector.
Willing to report to Pasay from Monday-Friday.
