JOB DESCRIPTION
• Monitors and assists in the registration, update, remittance and cessation of permits and clearances of the Company and its subsidiaries
• Ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to tax matters
• Updates Financial Statements (Income Statement, Financial Position)
• Secures permits, licenses and other regulatory requirements of the Company and its subsidiaries
• Provides advice on new and emerging tax regulations, memoranda and circular
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's / College Degree in Accountancy, Licensed CPA is an advantage At least 3 years' experience in a similar role or
capacity
• Knowledge in FS preparation, analysis and presentation and in general accounting principles
• Knowledge in corporate documentation and government compliance requirements with the following offices - SEC, BIR, BOC,
SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG,
• Computer Proficiency and familiarity with financial databases and spreadsheet applications
• Highly analytical and can detect and correct errors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good organization and decision making skills
• Shows accuracy and attention to details
