What you're expected to do
• Preparation of Data, reconciliation of accounts balances, filing and remittance of tax returns
• Handling BIR letter of authority cases, BIR Open cases, mission order and the like
• New Store Opening
• Filing and archiving of documents
• Annual Audit
• Encoding of receipts for non-taxable allowances
• Restamping of books of accounts
• Field works
• Others
Who can have a seat at the table?
• College graduate with a degree in any of the following: Accounting, or Finance; are welcome to apply
• Analytical
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal
• Detailed oriented and desire to probe further into data
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
• Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Starting salary 20 to 23K
