About the Team: The Finance team strategically plans for BRANDED's future by managing all levels of financial decisions and ensuring our platform can create value in a sustainable way.The Tax team, which forms part of the wider finance team, delivers on Branded's sustainable business model by ensuring compliance with all taxes across the globe. Staying close to each of our brands from acquisition to launch and scale, the Tax team plays a pivotal role in the growth of the business. About the roleAs a Tax Administrator you will contribute significantly towards delivering a high performing central tax function for the whole Branded Group by supporting both the Senior Tax Manager and Indirect Tax Manager. We are a collaborative team always looking to develop so need an organized, proactive individual to join us on Branded's rapid growth journey. What you will do
Collate monthly, quarterly reports from each platform to be used for tax return preparation;
Complete forms for new tax registrations, deregistrations, account changes and take ownership of these processes in collaboration with management/advisors;
Prepare tax payment request forms in line with internal processes;
Set up and manage a tax filing and payments tracking system;
Assist with data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets;
Review mail received to our US office and share this with management/advisors as necessary; and
Assist the Senior Tax Manager and Indirect Tax Manager with other administrative tasks or financial reconciliations where required.
Who you are
High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to proactively solve complex problems
A good communicator
Proactive person, keen to learn and improve our departments efficiency
Experience working with groups of companies would be advantageous
Experience working in a finance or tax team - carrying out account reconciliations would be advantageous
Be confident to make the role your own and work autonomously
Ability to analyze data
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment / high ambition environment
Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working in an international environment
