Tax and Compliance Manager Delivers high quality compliance, accounting, forecasting, controlling and business partnering activities for assigned entities/accounts/large scale projects. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive compliance on Philippines statutory matters (e.g. statutory financial statements, Tax, Licenses, filings) Drive SGA & transaction finance performance (e.g. F4G, G4B tracking, P&L, cash flow, balance sheet hygiene, working capital, etc..) within the country and area Engagement with GSC teams including off shoring, driving performance related discussion and increase efficiency Driving finance process improvements (incl. IDP GSC processes) Own and drive control activities within Philippines (incl. IDP GSC processes) in close conjunction with Area Financial Controller and Regional GRA Corporate Governance, Company Secretary/Black Book and control environment (e.g. Authority Matrix, B.o.D, Banking Signatories, RICC) Coordination of Philippines Tax audits in close coordination with Area Compliance, Tax Accountant and Regional + Global Tax Teams Escalation point for all Philippines countries transactional finance matters Qualifications: 8 to 10 years overall experience Strong background in Philippine Taxation and compliance CPA/ NON CPA Experience doing taxation in Audit firm is required Strong finance background with experience in handling multiple finance functions Leadership experience in managing a matrix organisation including virtual teams Problem solving: Quickly capturing what business requires, providing relevant insights based on the best data available for decision making. Decomposing a complex problem into manageable pieces Stakeholder management: Engaging with senior leaders, managing expectations and speaking-up & influencing without authority Communication & presentation: Presenting in front of senior leaders & decision makers and getting your point come across in English Business acumen: Understanding of Logistics & Services business
