Monitor deferred Tax Asset/Liability and assist in reconciliation of balances per book vs tax returns .Ensure all the tax payments are processed in a timely manner . Provide tax advice to various stakeholders within the company with respect to various transactions .Assist in the preparation of position papers/protest letters and reconciliation schedules and other supporting documents in relation to BIR audits .Regularly monitor local tax regulation changes and assess the impact on the business .Day-to-day support for tax and accounting operations Requirements: . Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related technical field/equivalent relevant practical experience . Possess general knowledge, skills, and competencies on accounting principles and/or tax regulations related to the banking industry . Passion for doing impactful work, accountability for actions, full initiative, and integrity that places honesty above all else .Detail-oriented individual and able to deliver quality work on time. .Willingness to learn and grow, self-motivated and result oriented . Good oral and written communication skills, time management, and organisational skills .Proven team player, has strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently .
