Duties and Responsibilities:
Invoice data entry
Account coding for invoice line items
Posting payment vouchers to the accounting software system
Prepare journal entriesto correct any account coding issues
General Ledger Account reconciliationsCreate and maintain vendor profiles
Field and assist in vendor issued and inquiries including BOL/Invoice discrepancies, payment status, etc.
Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure outstanding payable invoices
Initiate check-write processesAssist with month end closing processes
Qualificiations:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Quickbooks, MS Office.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
