Pythos Technology Philippines Incorporated established and incorporated as a 100% Filipino owned corporation in 2002 with SEC registration no: CS200256602 and PEZA Registration No. 04-56. It's founder and CEO, Ernest Nierras, was the former Pycon Inc. Worldwide Sales Manager. Later in 2006, Ramon Salazar, President, joined the company as a partner, is the former Factory Manager for Intel Philippines Manufacturing Inc. In 2009, Wenifredo M. Magnaye, Vice President - Operations, also joined the company as a partner. He is the former Test Engineering Manager for Intel Vietnam. The 3 of them brought in >60 years of electronics and semiconductor industry experience in technical and operational aspects.
Pythos provides Semiconductor and OEM Companies with On-site and Off-site Engineering Technical Services (ETS). With our highly trained technical staff and technology driven Engineers we provide engineering solutions for semiconductor and electronic companies in the Philippines such as PCB Repair, Maintenance Shop and Spares Management Solution, Production Equipment Setup Changeover and Preventive Maintenance.
Pythos also provides IT Services to various companies such as, web based applications for production equipment status and performance tracking, web based applications for SPC monitoring and reporting, helpdesk support to provide maintenance services for the IT equipment and software applications.
Our main facility is located at First Cavite Industrial Estate provides off-site support for PCB repair services, for external and internal layer problems, ranging from gold plating and BGA pad replacements, to trace replacement and inner layer defects. We have capability and specialized in repair and maintenance Switching Power Supplies, HCDPS/LCDPS and other power supplies used in Semiconductor Burn-in and Test Equipment.
Our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), also located at First Cavite Industrial Estate in Cavite, includes full turn-key manufacturing for both SMT and PTH technologies. Pythos provides PCB design and development to high volume manufacturing of electronics products. We also provide BOX BUILDS for Industry Specific Electronics Applications (e.g. MSMS or OEE).

1. Prepares monitoring and reconciliation of tax-related accounts in the books versus tax returns and reports.
2. Must be updated in all advisories, circular and memoranda from BIR, PEZA,LGU and other government agencies
3. Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
4. Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions.
5. Manage and maintain the company's tax database.
6. Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits.
7. Offer support and guidance during audits.
8. Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden.
9. Keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes.
10. Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
