Pre-requisite:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 2 to 5 years relevant experience in handling full set of accounts
Proficient skills in MS applications
With good communications skills
Knowledge and experience in preparation BIR reports
Preferably experience in handle external audit
Ability to prepare financial statements
Ability to submit/file government requirements including but not limited to taxes, SSS, PHIC and HDMF
Proficiency with BIR requirements (VAT, EWT, CWT, Quarterly ITR, Alpha list, List of Purchase & Sales) and others
Ability to prepare lapsing of fixed asset schedule and others tax & audit schedules
Experienced in processing monthly staff claim, others incoming and outgoing payment
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
Energetic and committed with good working attitude
Self-driven, self-motivated with high initiatives and resourcefulness
Ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
Ability to think critically, willing to accept feedback, continuous learning and improvement.
Proactive, hands-on, independent, team player High level of autonomy and flexibility

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in handling full sets of accounts
Ensure proper accounting standards are observed
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
Prepares monthly accounting schedule as support in the preparation of the financial statement
Responsible in preparation of statutory BIR audit and tax return schedules
Responsible in preparation of cash flow forecast to ensure a healthy cash flow
Responsible in preparation of bank reconciliation
