JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare for, and assist with, tax audits
Liaise with tax consultants in preparing all relevant documentation relating to Tax Residency Certificate application, transfer pricing and tax audit defense
Do escalations with superior on time (as needed), recommend proper resolution of such incident/escalations
Coordinate with relevant Finance point person;
Inspect and review documents before submission to the external consultants;
Collate documents for the tax audits;
Reconcile tax and accounting records; and
Ad hoc tasks for tax.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Management major in Financial Management or BS in Mathematics ONLY.
With at least 1 year of work experience in tax, with working knowledge of Philippine taxation
Preferably with experience working in a large multi-national company
Proficient in using MS Excel - Pivot & LookUp
Highly proficient in Excel, knowledge of other MS office applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with the process owners, agency teams, legal and tax advisors and other consultants
and work effectively within group functional teams
Must be highly analytical and a fast learner
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
Can start ASAP
