Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Prepare and file of all tax returns of the Company.
Ensure timely and Accurate submission of tax returns and related attachments.
Ensure timely booking, recording and reconciliation of entries.
Regular monitoring and filing of tax documents.
Assist during audits of national and local taxing authorities by preparing the requested documents, reviewing supporting work papers and drafting responses.
Assist during audits of external auditors.
Review of the Company compliance of tax rules and regulations.
Monitor existence and completeness of Certificate of withholding taxes.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by his superiors.
