About the Role
At Filta we are hiring talent scouts to help us connect communities with the right Filipino developers, graphic designers, digital marketers, and administration talent they need.
Here are some things you'll learn along the way:
Searching for candidates across several channels.
Networking with candidates via the phone, online events, social media & email.
Creating your own personal brand and market opportunities on all social channels.
Market mapping so you can quickly become a specialist in your field.
Gaining a thorough understanding of a candidate's needs in order to present them with the right job opportunities.
Representing the company at different events and networking.
As you become more experienced, you'll obviously gain confidence. But at a base level, we find people with the below skills to pick things up fairly well:
You are on every social media platform and love it! You know every trend & you are highly interactive on platforms including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Redditt, etc.
Have a desire and/or proven record to exceed performance goals.
Love chatting with people and socialising online.
You have an infectious & high-energy personality.
You can brush things off when things don't go your way.
About you
You should be the type of person who is interested in people and the market. You are confident to talk to strangers and have meaningful conversations with them. As a team player, you will find opportunities to help the team to achieve its goal.
