About the Role
First Circle is looking for a People Manager will support the Head of the People team on strategic People and Governance initiatives. This position will hold a generalist role with responsibilities in Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, and Governance.
Performance Objectives
To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible supporting the People team with tasks related to:
Providing a consistent world class candidate experience to all applicants and employees thorough out their employee journey with First Circle
Partnering with Business Units to help manage their people related concerns, providing sound advice on initiatives and strategies related to retaining and developing First Circle's employees.
Ensures that all HR policies are updated and compliant with company and government policies
Analyzes People Data (engagement reports, non-volunteered engagement measures, Employee Data, etc.) and propose initiatives, policies, and to improve People Team service levels
Project Manages HR initiatives to completion
Assisting with Organizational Development and Governance related initiatives.
About You
3-5 years experience in HR with heavy exposure to HR Project Management, and with a preferred background in Talent Management, OD, or Learning.
High sense of urgency, driven, and with best in class work ethics
Entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent in English/Tagalog
