The Influencer Talent Manager will support the Growth Director in building the Talent Management service of 360 Digital-PH by directly overseeing and managing its affairs.
1. Overseeing and managing all talent-related activities for 360 Digital-ph. These can come in the form of:
● Securing partnership deals with possible talents
● Managing contracts and negotiations with relevant stakeholders
● Taking talents into consideration for internal processes, business reviews, and growth initiatives
● Managing talent growth and development
● Generating opportunities for partner talents
2. Overseeing all processes and projects being managed by the Growth Team that uses talents to ensure the overall quality of provided services.
3. Overseeing and managing 360 Digital-PH's talent roster's general performance and business relations.
Must be a graduate of Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
Prior experience of at least 2-3 years in managing a talent.
Highly organized, excellent verbal and communication, keen attention to detail, strong project management, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledgeable in the digital advertising/marketing industry is a major plus.
