ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Management (TM) Manager will be the main Talent Experience (TX) point of contact for policy design, engagement, and behavior management for DOXA Talent. The TM Manager will closely partner with the TX Vice President and the rest of the senior leaders to understand the strategic needs of the business at a global scale while tailor fitting the programs to the local requirements. This will be done through closely partnering with the leaders in creating an engaging and productive environment reflecting DOXA's culture and values. Specifically, this role will lead the crafting of policies that guide behaviors and amplify performance and the overall DOXA culture. Secondly, this role will design and help deliver engagement initiatives that foster communication and human connection in a remote setup. Thirdly, the role will also help shape the behavior of our people by maintaining and updating our code of discipline and conduct and guiding our people leaders in the implementation of due process to foster an engaged, productive, and highly functioning talent force. The TM Manager is a key member of the TX Leadership Team reporting to the Vice President of TX. This role will drive and ensure that DOXA's TX practices remain fair, equitable, and conducive to VIP and business growth.
SCHEDULE: 6 AM - 3 PM Philippine Local Time, follows Philippine holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Partner with leaders and management to maintain and engage high-performing teams anchored on the company's culture and values
· Partner with leaders and management to develop and implement effective role-related policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the company
· Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategies and guide in the execution and implementation
· Educate, coach, and partner with business leads on performance management and employee development goals
· Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development, and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
· Collaborate with business leaders to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
· Partner with Talent Operations and with management on implementing core HR processes (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions)
· Own, analyze, and interpret various types of employee reports partnering with Talent Operations (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions for the business
· Partner with Talent Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance
· Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions
· Identify trend build-up for VIP needs and behavior and offer solutions
· Partner with business leads and the HR team in handling employee relations cases
QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
· Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in an organization with a global presence
· SHRM, CHRP, or CIPD certified preferred
· Experience in a start-up and build-to-scale environment is an advantage
· Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is an advantage
· Strong people management experience
· Experience with organizational change management practices
· Able to demonstrate a strong understanding and experience working with multiple HR disciplines, such as employee relations, payroll practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, labor laws, engagement design and delivery, etc.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Analytical, problem solver with a strong customer focus
· Has the ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
· Agile and flexible mindset
