Job Description The HR Specialist (Talent Management) will be responsible for providing assistance in conceptualization of strategic people programs focusing on succession, talent management, career plan, etc., from planning to implementation, to support business direction and strategy. The role will also support roll-out of plans and programs ensuring alignment and understanding across SMPC corporate office and business segments.
Job Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related course;
5 years of work-related experience or 3 years focused on Talent Management Succession;
Registered Psychometrician; and
Willing to work at SEMIRARA ISLAND CALUYA ANTIQUE
