Job Description
Create, implement and manage Talent Management plans and solutions to achieve
strategic business initiatives. Prepare profiles, assessment and recommendations based
on business needs * Partner with cross-functional teams under the HR department to create a long-term
talent strategy that may include: identifying critical roles and talent gaps, and
recommending solutions to address issues. Look at business needs and objectives and
integrate into the overall talent management strategy * Run need-based Talent Management projects, handling end-to-end management, from
conducting needs analysis, planning, execution to audit of existing and
recently-conducted projects * Define project plans, manage implementation of activities, develop protocols; document
and manage communications for project rollouts. * Recommend and implement process improvement mechanisms including automation on
some of the existing processes/ tools to ensure standardization and consistency across
the organization. * Identify appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organization Behavior, Business Management or related field
3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment working in HR, Talent
Management, Learning & Development, and/or Project Management roles. Bonus if you
have commercial experience. * Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are
expected to be driven in parallel. * Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills - with
strong attention to detail. * Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time sensitive matters and organized to
manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously - grace under pressure and the
ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. * Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results.
Ability to use data to solve business problems and possess a high level of integrity,
judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.
