WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:
Responsible to set talent initiatives that align with P&C and organization strategies. Works closely with functional leaders & global team to build a continuous learning environment, design Talent Development Project initiatives, as well as design and monitor the Talent Management programs for JTI Philippines. The role is also in-charge of Talent Acquisition - ensuring a steady supply of quality candidates/ talent for various requirements or vacancies across the organization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Strategy:
Set Talent initiatives that align with P&C and organization strategies to support the achievement of company objectives.
Design and monitor the development of programs based on identified needs supported by data to improve JTI Philippine's talent landscape delivering on company objectives.
Oversee and monitor talent programs in delivering objectives to ensure their alignment with company strategy. * JTI Academy and Leadership Academy Development:
Establish a high-impact program for JTI Academy as the center of learning excellence both in JTI Philippines and JTI Global.
Design the strategies and development of Leadership Academy for all employees as part of employee development.
Talent acquisition and employer branding:
Ensure that a steady, quality supply of talent is tapped for current and future requirements of JTI Philippines working closely with RPO (blue-collared) and GBS (white collared).
Manage internal and external employer branding initiatives of the company anchored on JTI's employer value proposition
Manage quality on-boarding and assimilation of new hires to JTI Philippines' culture and organization
Talent & Performance Management:
Design and plan the assessment process (in terms of selected employees, i.e Talent or internal promotion) for JTI employees in order to develop individual capability in delivering results.
Manage and monitor the Talent Pool analysis and IDP (Individual Development Plan) to provide recommendations for the interventions and
Set and monitor career-path and career development model for employees and guide the implementation.
Stakeholders Management:
Work closely with JTI Philippines' functional leaders and JTI global to build a continuous learning environment to foster career growth and talent development at all levels in the organization.
Coordinate with JTI Global for the current talent management program to keep updated on opportunities for potential candidates
Talent Development Project
Design strategies in relation to digitization efforts support employee acquisition and development.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources or Technology Education or equivalent. Experienced trainer. Certified in HR or Learning & Development or Trainer
10+ years of working experience in the human resource area focusing on Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Development from reputable companies or consulting firms
Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
