Job Description
What you will be doing:
Facilitates the line-up of employee engagement programs and activities including budgetary requirement on a yearly basis.
Facilitates and implements delivery of company rewards and recognition programs and liaises with government agencies and benefits.
Enable an environment which supports collaboration and innovation to the Heartists.
Work Experience
Graduate of a Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related field.
Minimum of two (2) years general human resources experience is an advantage such as Labor Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, Regulations, Industry practices and Collective Bargaining Agreement.
