Kumu Brand Ambassador Talent Compliance Officer
In A Nutshell, a TCO will be expected to achieve the following:
Increase engagement of branded streams.
Increase turnover of streamer hires per brand.
Increase talents being hired for branded streams.
If you're up for it:
We will count on you to manage the relationship with Content Creators who are tapped for brand ambassadorship, which includes but are not limited to:
Liaising between the Ad Revenue, Talent Development, and Kumunity teams for shortlisting of talent/s.
Ensures quality of the brand ambassador given the brand brief.
Monitors the branded streams and regular streams.
Conducts pre-production and post-production with the talent and Account Manager.
Grades branded streams and gives feedback to the Account Manager, Talent/Dev/Kumunity, and the Talent Managers of agencies (if applicable).
Scout for talent for branded streams.
Develop, initiate and improve ways for Brand Ambassadorship and training.
You will also be in charge of:
Negotiating talent fees with the Talent Managers (if applicable).
Facilitating correct and swift payouts.
Training, if deemed necessary.
Bachelor's Degree holder;
Experience in Accounts Management, Public Relations, and handling negotiations is a plus;
Able to uphold and emphasize the importance of branding;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
